A 20-minute discovery call. If I can help, I'll say so. If your need is outside my wheelhouse, I'll point you to someone better. From there: scope document, fixed price, no surprises before any code is written.

On pricing & budget.

Fixed-price after scoping. No hourly billing, no scope creep. The Investment chapter above shows real ranges — if your project fits the brief, the number is what it says. If scope changes mid-project, we discuss before any extra work happens.

On timelines.

Lead-gen sites: 2–4 weeks. Operations ERPs: 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. Combo builds: 8–14 weeks. You see working modules at every milestone — there's no "big reveal at the end."

On retainers, equity & ongoing work.

I don't take equity — it complicates incentives. Retainers: yes, for clients with shipped systems who want ongoing builds. Maintenance contracts: yes, structured monthly. Pure hourly: no.

On NDAs & contracts.

I sign NDAs without negotiation if your business model requires it. Every project has a written contract — scope, deliverables, milestones, payment schedule. 50% upfront, 50% on handoff.

On what I don't take on.

Mobile apps (Flutter / React Native). Pure design work without dev. Crypto / Web3. Anything where the goal isn't "the business runs better after you ship." Better to be honest about that upfront than waste your time.
