The Challenge

TechonWheelz is a mobile electronics repair business. Their team handled jobs through calls and WhatsApp. There was no structured system to track work or manage invoices. The owner had no clear visibility of daily operations. Jobs were getting delayed, invoices were inconsistent, and a lot of time was wasted just asking for updates. This directly affected revenue and efficiency.
